Johannesburg, 22 June 2020:  In the upcoming Sowetan S Mag Beauty Talks presented in partnership with W.Beauty, reigning Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi will be sharing her thoughts on ‘beauty made real’, in a discussion about clean beauty.

Moderated by S Mag editor Thembalethu Zulu, Tunzi will be joined by S Mag’s beauty editor Nokubonga Thusi, and Laura Lynn Naidu (Quality, Innovation and Sourcing Manager for Woolworths Beauty) as they share tips and tricks to care for skin during the harsh winter months, and chat about the latest trends and ingredients for a healthy skin using only ethically sourced products.

Over the past few years W.Beauty has built a reputation for delivering locally produced, ethically sourced beauty products which are 100% vegan and endorsed by the Beauty Without Cruelty organisation. Clean beauty, as defined by Woolworths, refers to products that are thoughtfully created to keep the best interests of our bodies and the environment in mind.

“As one of South Africa’s most loved beauty brands, W. Beauty strives to provide only the best with every aspect of each product that we produce. This also applies to building partnerships & collaborations with like-minded, shared values brands and individuals who are innovative, caring and inspirational hence presenting the online Beauty Talks series with Sowetan SMag,” says Unisha Singh, Senior Marketing Manager Beauty at Woolworths.

“We’re very excited about the upcoming event as loving the skin you’re in is integral in fostering a positive outlook not only about yourself, but also about the world we live in. Having W.Beauty trust our platform for a conversation as important as this is such an honour for us. We cannot wait to share what ‘clean, sustainable beauty’ is with our audience, and why understanding the products you use on your skin really matters,” says Zulu about the digitised event.
