Sunday Times launches its Motoring edition this September 20th – a 32 page monthly tabloid publication that will be made available only to Sunday Times subscribers. Positioned as the “The Paper for the People in the Fast Lane”, this value-added title is set to bring a new kind of drive to the motoring news industry.

As a nation, we are already mad about motoring. And being a leader in quality journalism on a national level, Sunday Times now brings extensive automotive news that will excite its readers from cover to cover.

Our inaugural edition observes Heritage Month with a tour that honours the life and times of legendary South African, Nelson Mandela, by taking us through several memorials and landmarks in the latest Honda Accord.

Readers will also enjoy a Supercool Superstar Shoot-Out behind the wheels of 3 performance coupes: the BMW i8 vs. Mercedes-AMG GT vs. the Nissan GT-R. We will also include an appealing cover feature on Jaguar’s high-tech XE – a sure treat for an audience that we know to be really fond of premium brands, ranking among the top markets for luxury marques.

Leaders On the Move-Leadership Lessons from the best in the business

The Leaders on the Move series of events have been inspiring. We’ve met some great leaders including – Adrian Gore, Nicky Newton-King, Dr Richard Maponya and Sizwe Nxasana to name a few. This novel experience allows face-to-face interaction with motivational mentors in business and provides the opportunity to take a selfie or two all whilst travelling via luxury coach and being hosted by media and broadcast personality and chief anchor at eNews, Jeremy Maggs. If you are mentoring a candidate that could benefit from this event, then book their seat for them or book a seat for yourself. On Wednesday 4 November we’re looking forward to meeting Wendy Lucas-Bull (Chairman, Barclays Africa), Roy Anderson (Director, Sasfin Holdings) and Mark Lamberti (Group CEO, Imperial Holdings).

This event is sponsored by Absa, member of Barclays. For more information on this unique programme, contact Marcia Minnaar on 011 280 5770 or email marcia@netactive.co.za
